Can I oversee my business from my phone?
We can design appropriate updates, dashboards, and approval steps for mobile use. What you can do from a phone depends on the platforms and workflow; we test the important tasks as part of the build.
How do you handle confidential information and access?
We agree on the information and access needed for the work, use scoped permissions where supported, and define who can approve sensitive actions. Confidentiality expectations, data handling, and access removal belong in the engagement plan.
Do you replace our accountant or attorney?
No. We improve the systems that collect, organize, and move information. Your qualified advisers remain responsible for accounting, tax, legal, and other professional advice and judgments.
